Illustration for Motion-Hitachi AC Commercial

Most of my family members work for Hitachi AC department, so I grew up with their Ads and products. When the assignment was assigned, I decided to make a commercial for Hitachi.
Storyboard:

In my story, the world came to the end and exploded. Cities were all destroyed. Long time past, trees grew out of the destroyed city, and roaches came out. The roach stopped on a concrete wall; suddenly, somebody kicked the wall and the wall fell apart. The aliens came! They explored the rooms that human beings used to live, and they found an AC. They wondered what that was, and hit the bottom. Cool air flew out of the AC, it still worked!!!!

Color and Story

"Howl's Moving Castle" was our term project. The story is originally a novel written by Dianna Wynne Jones, and turned into a famous motion picture by Hayao Miyazaki. However, the novel version was very different from the movie version. Our goal was to design a new version of the movie that based on the novel. we had to design color script, color keys, characters and scenes.

Before we started working on Howl's Moving Castle, we practiced Pause and Paint-
watched movies and found the scenes that attracted us and tried to paint them quickly.
It was really helpful in terms of learning composition and color.

Little Alien's Tree House Adventure-Creative Perspective Term5

This was done for my creative perspective class. We were asked to design a tree house, and come up with a short story that happened in the house. So I created a little evil alien that came to the earth to kidnap human beings.

Vis Dev-Little Prince Term5

We developed the very well known story-the little prince- for this class. I have this book at home for my whole life, but I've never picked it up and read. Thanks to this class, I found out that it is a great story. Every time I go back to it, I feel something new about it.
We picked the scenes that we like the best. For me it's when the little prince met the flower and the geographer. I made the flower an actual girl, because I think the interaction between the little prince and the flower is like a immature relationship, and the flower is pretty much like a "princess".
